"Ordered an iced latte, received an iced coffee. Staff insisted it was a latte until I tasted it. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee insisted that it was indeed an iced latte, despite the obvious absence of any milk or creamy texture. Poor customer service and subpar drink quality. Just admit your mistake and fix it how hard could it be? Won't be returning. Now you lose another customer, great job."

"I always go to this location when I’m on Staten Island. Although I live in Chicago and visit once a month they always remember me. The manager somehow remembers my order from month to month! The line is three or four at most and moved along fairly quickly. The customer service is excellent!"

"I went to your store in the new Hyland Blvd the one in shop Rite. It's was there at 8:45, on a Thursday night. I had asked the guy if they sold donuts and the guy told me I'm sorry we're close. He was sitting behind a rack of food on his cell phone . I guess you getting paid while he was on this cell phone! I was a manager in a fast food place, Busy or not I had to take customers until 9:00. I had to buy ShopRite donuts . Thanks !!! you're truly Karen Perry"
