Panera Bread

"This Panera is not consistent which results in bad customer service. I come here often and when I recently went was told by the cashier that mixing lemonade flavors is forbidden and she could get in "lots of trouble" for doing so.. eve though my usual order is a mixed lemonade. There are also full reddit channels dedicated to Panera mixed drink combinations, but anyhow... I shared with the cashier that I found the inconsistency to be bad customer service and she storms off to get her manager because "she can't do this", which is not good customer service. As if, she is the queen of Panera and how dare I offend her with one calmly stated, but true remark. It was very strange. The manager comes and is equally as rude, using a combination of stares and long silence to try to create intimidation. She then asks that same cashier to prepare my drink, which the cashier slams it on the counter once it was done. The whole experience further proved my remark on the bad customer service. It actually went from bad to worse. I felt like I was in a Jamaican restaurant and asked for extra oxtail gravy. Do better y'all."

"I never really write reviews for anything but I was extremely impressed with the service at this Panera. I ordered a pick up order, 2 iced lattes and 2 soufflés. The food was delicious and fresh and the employees were extremely kind and helpful. Probably the best managed Panera I’ve ever seen. I’d highly recommend this Panera for anyone looking for a quick breakfast option"

"Disgusting service and quality. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! (The first girl who alwyas made my sandwich was great). Service afterwards disgraceful...I've been ordering from here for many months the same sandwich and 90% of the time it's been 2 sandwiches at at each order. No one is perfect and mistakes are a given. It can always be fixed but when it comes to people's food numerous mistakes are no acceptable esp when it comes to health. I ordered a sandwich and they claimed their system went down. That's fine. Electronics malfunction; my issue is if the system went down how were you even aware what and who ordered which type of meal and who gives stale bread w/old blackened lettuce to a customer. They made the other half of my sandwich as I told them it was a whole sandwich and during lunch when I opened my wrap it was AGAIN..another stale piece of bread w/old blackened lettuce. Day 2...I figured to give another try the next day..this time delivery...again...I received a stale bread w/lettuce and tomatoes and disgusting onions which I DID NOT ASK FOR ..NO SPINACH, CUCUMBERS, ARUGULA, BASIL OR CILANTRO...once is a mistake anything more and consecutively is just targeted maliciousness. Then the girl who picked up the call tells me I have to keep coming back in to get my order fixed then tried to blame the delivery. First off the delivery driver WAS NOT THE ONE WHO MADE MY FOOD panera did! Then she refused to take my call thereafter from hanging up on me. This place may be newly built. But their quality and customer service is completely disgusting. The pictures says it all! Why should I constantly have to venture back to a place for them to fix my order when it's their poor quality and unsanitary services that keep messing up. I'm not going to put the reps name who was rude, I'm not distasteful as they were but it's not the first time. So much for contacting a manager when your meal is constantly incorrect. They did not honor their written word."

"This Panera has been the worst Panera I’ve ever stepped foot in. NEVER GO HERE. First, I ordered a Thai chicken bowl that I saw on the menu(advertisement picture shown on the left). I ordered it in a bowl size too. When I got called to get my order, the soup was in a cup size, not bowl. I paid extra for a bowl size and I had to correct it. The color didn’t look appetizing as well( shown in picture two). After sitting down to eat and observing the ingredients and color, I realized this was the wrong soup!!! It was outrageous. Not only did they mess up once, but they processed to give me the wrong soup. AND IT TASTED HORRIBLE. Then, I went to the kitchen to ask what soup they gave me and they said it was turkey chili, which is most definitely not what I ordered. I was starting to get annoyed at this point. They gave me a free cup of Thai chicken, however I found out from others that overheard that the kitchen workers WERE TALKING ABOUT ME AND MY FRIENDS IN A NEGATIVE MANNER. I have never experienced such poor quality, treatment, and service in my life. I have been to multiple Panera Breads before, but this one is by far the worst. NEVER GO HERE !! I will never be giving them my money again."
