To our surprise, the management decided that on this particular day, customers wouldn't be served at the front counter. Instead of addressing us directly, the management instructed their workers to relay the message. It's disappointing when those in charge avoid direct communication and let their staff bear the brunt of such decisions. Such an approach on a Monday morning set a negative tone for the rest of our day. Highly unsatisfactory experience. ⭐️."

"I Purchased, a 9.99 1lb bag of ground hazelnut coffee. It was obviously regular coffee when I tried to return it, or exchange it. The 4 barista’s behind the counter told me they could not return it. Even though it was their mistake, they didn’t know how to return it and apparently there was no manager on duty. They told me to come back tomorrow. Wow so helpless! ZERO STARS"
