"They have a lot to learn. 4 cars in the drive thru and still taking 15-20 minutes, 5+ minutes at window waiting on 1 drink with 0 modifications. Seems like a lot of the employees are lost on what’s going on, I think it comes down to training and management. I hope they can do better."
