"I ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches, 3 wake-up wraps and a donut, and you would think since it’s raining they would put it in a bag. NO. they left my food separate without a bag and it was pouring and all my food got damaged, really ruined my mood. Like who thinks to not put a bag for a bunch of different food WHILE ITS RAINING like it’s honestly just laziness at this point. THEN, even though the food is soggy I try to work with what I have (reheat some food) the 2 grilled cheeses weren’t even in place and they were literally cold. It’s not like I left my food out there for 30 min I grabbed my food the second my order was received."

"Cashier was very pleasant and had a huge smile with everyone she greeted. So the customer service made up for this experience.However, while grabbing the napkins out of the holder there was all pink lipstick on the napkins. Please use caution, I had to pick through them to find clean…"

"Food was typical quality. Service however, was poor. This was the night shift so your experience may vary but I ordered door dash from this restaurant and when they didn't have what I ordered instead of cancelling all or part of the order they stuffed the box with a random assortment of items and then wrote on the box that I should "be happy" with not getting what I paid for. I guess they really needed that $12.00 of mine. I would not recommend visiting this particular store for third shift."

"Don’t charge extra for bacon if you’re not going to put any on. I always have issues here with the varying quality of the items I get."
