About Us
Fro Yo Cafe is a family owned and operated self-serve frozen yogurt shop located at 1071B New Jersey 34, Matawan, New Jersey. Since 2012, we have been offering a variety of weekly yogurt flavors, including a non-dairy, vegan, gluten free option called Dole Whip. We have recently added the ONLY 8 yogurt brand, which is non-fat, low in calories and carbs, and cholesterol free. Our yogurt is all natural, with no preservatives, and is either fat free or low fat, cholesterol free, and gluten free (except for Cookies & Cream flavor).
Come visit Fro Yo Cafe in the Aberdeen Town Square Plaza to enjoy a cup of frozen yogurt, or order from our delivery partners such as Door Dash, Uber Eats, or Grub Hub. We also offer yogurt by the cup or quarts to take home, as well as custom Yogurt Cakes and Pies, Doggie Treats, and gift cards for special occasions.
Only 8 Frozen Yogurt is light and airy, with fewer calories per serving compared to other frozen yogurts. It is made with only 8 wholesome ingredients, all Kosher certified, including water, fructose, whey, whey protein concentrate, maltodextrin, natural flavorings, stabilizers, calcium, and active yogurt cultures.

"Tasty frozen yogurt. They also have sugar free yogurt. Staff is friendly. They also have lots of parking. I bought peanut butter and chocolate as my frozen yogurt and then added some peanut butter cups & chocolate chips as my toppings. I paid by weight which you have to be careful because it can add up pretty quickly. It's worth it though because it's really tasty. I would come back here."
