"Excellent Mansaf and Ouzi that you can find anywhere in Staten Island. The closet that comes to this quality of Mansaf is in Paters, NJ. Our gracious Albanian host was kind enough to make the change we requested to combine Ouzi with Kabsa rice. They don't have lamb Kabsa, but she somehow got the Ouzi rice with lamb. The portions are the right size for the price. The weather and the atmosphere with large windows open was great to sit at lunch time. Highly recommended for Middle Eastern food. Also, love the way they wear their Palestinian pride for all to see. Down with the occupying army!"

"Ayat is such an amazing addition to Staten Island! I've now had the pleasure of visiting multiple times (in addition to ordering take out) and every time it's been a knock out of the park! The food has been consistently flavorful, fresh, and delicious. I literally dream about their hummus and grape leaves. Service is great - they are attentive and they don't rush you out, no matter how busy it gets. The drinks are fun and tasty. Plus the ambiance and decor of the restaurant makes it feel like you're not in Staten Island. I did not know what to expect as I'm no expert in Palestinian food, but I'm so glad I tried it, and now I cannot get enough! I will definitely be returning again (and again...)!"

"Wow! This Ayat location is phenomenal. It is a bit more expensive and less portion than the Bay Ridge (no baba and hummus w platters), however its worth it because of service. Bay Ridge service is ultimate trash! They lose so much business for being nasty servers. This location service immaculate. Will be coming here from now on"

"In today’s day and age, it’s really hard to find a restaurant with good quality food, reasonable prices, a nice ambience, and good service. Ayat exceeds in all of these aspects. Food: I’m gonna start off by saying that you better be hungry when you come here because the food portions are super generous. The food here is delicious. They have so many traditional dishes along with many creative dishes as well and I absolutely love the fact that they have a wood fire oven, which means the pizza here is incredible and a must try! I do also want to emphasize that everything taste super fresh here. Ambiance: the artwork in here is beautiful and everything is super clean and organized and very aesthetically pleasing. They can accommodate large groups because they have tons of seating available. Service: The service here it is quick and efficient and they do such a wonderful job and making sure customers are happy and taken care of."
