"Even though they didn’t get my hero right, still giving a four star because the chicken was good. Asked for a grilled chicken hero with sautéed spinach. Now to me sautéed spinach is spinach sautéed in oil and garlic (which would be considered cooked) not just throwing a bunch of fresh spinach on a hero, that is not how I wanted the hero, cooked spinach is what I wanted. You get stupid calls when ordering a Grilled chicken with roasted peppers and mozzarella hero with balsamic vinegar, they call asking if you want roasted peppers and balsamic vinegar on the hero, well if it comes that way I guess that’s how I want it unless noted (even I put it to make sure it’s on there). Ok I know this place is busy, but wake up sometimes and make the order right."
"Ordered a grilled chicken salad with extra grilled chicken well done told the employee to nuke the chicken aka well done the chicken came 1 step above raw and the cooking marks of the chicken looked like they were spray painted on that’s how raw the chicken was this has happened more then once how hard is it to make a grilled chicken salad well done wish I can upload a picture"
