"Good morning. I wanted to text the store itself, but it sends me to corporate. I work every day, I work EMS. I come through the drive thru at this location below. That staff is always amazing and knows my order, as it's always the same. They are always great, joking around with a smile on their faces. In particular, Shay! She knows my profession and has always been a sweetheart. If someone could send her a recognition of greatness. Some days I'm not in the mood to head to work, not because I don't like my job, but it is a handful to have to deal with what we do, with who we meet, and what we see. "I shouldn't have given this place a one-star rating since the majority of the staff members are rude, incompetent, and lack manners. One Indian man in particular doesn't even know how to greet or interact with customers. I ordered a few things, but I didn't get everything I ordered, and we never received hash browns or fresh bagel. Several customers returned without receiving their food because there was no one to serve them."

"The slim femlae manager yelled at the worker for making the wrong item. Myself and two other customers in store could hear. The food area had multiple items on the bare counter. No sanitary paper was laid out. There are too many personal conversations going on, not focusing on the customers. This morning, staff and leadership were horrible."

"Your regular Dunkin'Donuts but with outdoor sheltered seating. This location has reasonable guest wifi at 50/25Mbps but it's not too VPN friendly your experience may vary."
