"Very poor service. They can’t follow simple instructions on an order and when we ordered they sent 2 of the same bowl instead of two different bowls. Even when I’ve went in person to pick up an order they messed up the order and had to remake it without things they added that weren’t supposed to be on there. I’m just tired of constantly getting wrong orders. I don’t usually even write a review let alone a bad one. In all honesty this store just needs to get it together."

"Extremely kind and professional staff with an extremely upbeat and clean atmosphere. We purposefully drive to this location even though we live closer to another Playa. Highly recommend."

"Place has really gone downhill, what can you expect when the owner doesn’t take advice or complaints from anyone without getting defensive. Also there’s never an adult present. The children there rather be gossiping than working. In todays economy where a place like playa bowl is a treat, spend your money elsewhere."

"This Playa Bowls is newer and there is room to grow but overall it was a good experience. Unlike the Red Bank location you can place a mobile order on your phone and pick it up 15 minutes later. This was nice because I was able to easily as for a split bowl as well as gluten free granola. They also have outdoor seating set up in their parking lot so you can enjoy your food there. The only downside to the mobile order is that you have to pay a $.50 surcharge to place a mobile order. Overall, my bowl was good and I will be returning to this location in the future."
