"Consistently the worst Dunkin in the area. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that they're new and going to get better and try again. But no... They can't make the drinks properly. Frozen coffees aren't frozen just have a little slush in them. They put donuts in the bag upside down so your glaze it stuck to the bag and no longer on your donut. They forget to put items in the bag from your order. It's just a mess and inconvenient to have to re order or wait again. Dunkin on rt 9 is worth the drive over this one."

"No lie this is probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I don’t even write reviews but I had to look this store up just to write it. I had the most dry coffee roll you can imagine and they told me they didn’t have hot chocolate… yeah this place just ain’t it !"

"I went to this location ask for frozen hot chocolate. Its was so liquidated just felt like it was syrup . Ask to replace it 3 boys working there didn’t response properly and instead started talking in earphone themselves never ever go this place its disgusting and smelled bad ."

"Didn’t know what they were doing. I asked if there was a free coffee with app, employee went to ask. They came back 4 minutes later and said yes and asked what kind. I ask if I can get iced coffee. Again 4 minutes. Ordered 6 donuts they got the donuts wrong. They the coffee won’t come off the bill. The supervisor comes over. And says my app has to have a coupon for it. Well I think that should have been answered correctly when I asked about it to begin with. Horrible service , long wait. Never going back"
