"My husband just moved here from Australia and we have been on the hunt for a good coffee spot since leaving NYC in NJ and we finally found it ! Prep coffee is not only clean ,and cozy inside but the coffee, food and pastries are some of the best we ever had out of a coffee shop! Nick and the staff that work with him at the shop are so personable every time we come in. Sebastian’s food and shop is truly the best NJ has to offer thus far ! - coconut macaroon and rainbow cookie coffees are a must try *!"

"Variety of drink options. Great coffees and chais. I've had the Cali burrito, the Jersey burrito, the burrata avocado toast, and the BLT. Cali burrito is good and there's an option to get it spicy, which is my personal favorite. The toasts all come with stuff on top, so I recommend eating them with a fork and knife and not to try and eat them like you would a sandwich. Atmosphere in the place is great. Big windows, bright. Music is low enough that you can have a conversation. They offer takeout, but it's a nice place to sit and enjoy a coffee/breakfast."

"I love prep! I come in almost every day before work for a drink and a sandwich. The staff is always friendly and bring me my food even when I could easily get it myself. The iced coconut matcha is the best! A little expensive but worth it."
