"The whole staff needs to be replaced. From the rude manager down to the guy with the face tattoos and terrible attitude. They’re constantly cursing at customers and getting orders wrong. When you try to get it resolved, the manager accuses you of lying. I went in today and the girl was cooking while talking on the phone. Please change the whole staff before the store loses all of its customers"

"This place sucks , food is made horribly all the time . I get it I work in customer service & food service . But the product that you give out is horrible . Never get my order right. Fries are always cold. The chicken is never cooked thoroughly. Tbh I gave this wing stop so many chances because I know there’s some people in food service who’s making minimum wage & really don’t care. But the management has to step in for quality assurance. Long story short idk if I’m done with wing stop or just this location but this is by far the worse wing stop I ever ordered from."

"I usually order delivery from this place and it's always such a wonderful experience but today they messed up my order and i just thought it was a simple mistake maybe i could've gotten a refund or a new order made. But when i called they yelled literally yelled back saying that they didn't mess it up. I ordered two 10 piece combos one being hot and mild and another being mild and plain the order came to me as hot and plain and mild and plain. NOT WHAT U ORDERED when they asked for proof i sent photo of my order and they still argued back that I was in the wrong. I took a bite of one of the pieces thinking maybe i was wrong and they were light in the sauce but no it was actually plain and now i'm upset because they won't respond taking the blame and taking responsibility for their mistake."

"I ordered 15 boned wings hawaiian and lemon pepper since 5:35pm this evening! I was told 25 minute wait. It took me 30 min to get there from my location anyway! I stood here for such a long time, to only be told that my wings needed to be defrosted! Customers came and left and I stood there patiently! I am just leaving the store now at 6:49pm, with no food! Because I am tired of waiting. Very bad customer service. I was even told, " wow you been waiting for a long time! Whats your name?" When I told them, they still never served me over 1 hour and 20 minutes! Very frustrating!"

"This was my first time trying Wing Stop. I ordered half hickory smoked bbq and half garlic Parmesan wings. I also ordered a side of fries. I loved the hand cut fries and it’s seasoning! I liked the fries better than the wings! The hickory smoked bbq flavor was very good, but the garlic Parmesan dry rub was HORRIBLE! They barely put any garlic Parmesan seasoning on my wings! It tasted bland! I bought ten wings and still left hungry! There was barely any meat on my wings, and the meat wasn’t tender either! The 3 stars I did give this place is for the fries and the hickory smoked bbq flavor. I’ll give Wing Stop one more chance at a different location."
