"Not sure what happened to this place. Visited a week ago and it was too loud with rap music, dark and clubby vibe. Not for people who want an authentic hookah lounge with a chill vibe and Arabic music."

"I wanted to take my husband here for his birthday, we were there on Saturday at 5.30 pm , the door was locked, no signs outside. Tried to call and nobody answered the phone ! Very disappointing! Update: very good customer service who contacted me by email. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I Went back on a Saturday and was extremely satisfied. The lounge is so spacious and clean and the hookah quality and variety is awesome. They also serve some soft drinks, I really appreciated that because from the previous reviews I thought no drinks were served at all. Definitely a nice surprise. Highly recommended!"

"So glad we discovered this place! I used to frequent hookah places back in college and recently had a craving. Twist was only 8 minutes from home - I've passed it a million times and never realized it was in this little strip mall. The owners were super sweet, patient and friendly. The hookah was delicious and so relaxing. It was great to be able to byob. Great variety of music playing. Loved Twist, we can't wait to go back!"
