"Customer service sucks!!! They are very rude. I am very courteous with them but they continue to get my order wrong which I believe is done purposely. My food sometimes looks tampered with. They throw my food on the counter. I say thank you still and they just walk away saying nothing. Ive been going here almost everyday for months but will not after my last encounter. Some people should not work in customer service"

"The staff typically has a poor customer service attitude. When I came in one worker assisted while another sat there and coughed, did Not cover her mouth (NASTY) and did not have a mask on. They need to improve how they interact with customers and either wear a mask or DO NOT COUGH AND NOT COVER YOUR MOUTH. i normally do not go to this location anymore because of the poor service."

"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The employees here in this small, cramped location have absolutely no home training and have no business working in customer service. VERY disrespectful and ungrateful individuals- it's a shame to the DD brand that they are employed here. I spend hundreds of dollars in DD annually and have been a customer in multiple states and was appalled by the rudeness on display in this store. Not sure if it was a jealousy thing or what, but these women had an issue with me from the second I walked in. They offerred no apology even after I expressed displeasure with their behavior. To top it off, the donuts are also usually dry and old and the drinks are frequently made incorrectly. Won't be returning."
