"This has to be the best location I have ever been to. We were greeted at the door! The place is very clean and even had fresh flowers at the tables. The staff kept coming by to make sure we had everything or to see if we needed any extra sauces. It was amazing. I wish every location was like this!!!"

"Usually I’m happy with my service here. This time I ordered from DoorDash (Wrap combo with fries, drink and I added a cookie). What was delivered was fries, the drink and a brownie. Completely missing the wrap and gave me a brownie instead of a cookie. So I spent $25 and ate fries for lunch. My order is in review with DoorDash for 60 minutes while I wait for hopefully a refund. I called the store to see if they could send out the missing and correct items, knowing they do delivery and was turned down for that and not given any kind of credit either. Disappointed, I feel like it’s a missed opportunity on their end to make things right."

"I love Chick Fil A food and i love the Mac and Cheese.. i wanted Mac and Cheese so I went to this Chick Fil A (on Texas Rd in Old Bridge NJ)...reluctantly. I say reluctantly because EVERYTIME i purchase Mac n Cheese at this location I am dissatisfied. I order a LARGE and I get a LARGE container with enough Mac n Cheese to fil a MEDIUM container. The Mac n Cheese is able to move around in the container. There are spaces around the Mac n Cheese where you can see the bottom of the container. Clear indicator that its not full. I always have to discuss this issue with an employee or manager. Today the manager, Samantha,, gave me my food, I addressed it with her. She tells me that its a large and that she SAW them "weigh" it out. I told her that this is never an issue at any other location....I mentioned Edidon NJ. She proceeded to tell me that the other locations are "overstuffing" the container. Further discussion she tells me that she couldn't answer one of my questions because she is not in the kitchen......yet she SAW them "weigh". With the previous encounters at this locstion my Mac n Cheese was topped up to my expectation. This manager did nothing but continue to defend ....poor customer service. Especially since I doubt it would impact the store negstively. I came to this CFA because it was closer even though I suspected thst this would happen....my fault I guess. I guess its also my fault to expect to get what I pay for."

"Placed an app order, and my husband went to pick up the order. They forgot to give the milkshake, missed the sauces that I had ordered. The amount of fries they gave was insufficient too for a large size. When I called to ask about milkshake, they could just offer credit on the app, and couldn't even process refund. Sucks as I don't frequent Chickfila for me to utilize the credit."
