"We bought appliances through this store recommended by our landscaper including a grill, a fridge and a cover, two of the items are defective; so when you call the owner to ask politely if there is a fix; he outburst angery and upset that “there’s nothing he can do”. Same attitude all along with another lady who was at the store when were there and never changes. They sold us a defective fridge, we contacted the manufacturer in Bronx, NY and we were told the dealer probably stored the fridge in a very high temperature for a long time. This was in box for while before it was installed. I wish we never bought anything through them. Doesn’t even care to assist. This how it looks and owner just doesn’t care"

"Visited the store to find that they closed earlier than the sign on their door or online posted. Despite the sign stating appliance parts available, they no longer carry or sell parts. Not sure why they even bother with signage, listings or being in business at all."
