"They forget food a lot... must've had my chips forgotten like 6-7 times in the last year... not counting the times I tell them at the window before I drive away. Also, they prepare online orders INSTANTLY. The app states they are supposed to WAIT until you give your name at the window to prevent you from getting cold/old food OR to give you an opportunity to cancel the order (can't cancel once they start preparing it). They don't do this. The manager argued with me at the window about it when my food was cold and I showed her the app says it shouldn't be prepared until I give them my name at the drive thru... she just said too bad. The one on rt 34 prepares orders after you give your name."

"the app accepts orders but the manager won’t let us in the store saying they aren’t taking orders. we had to wait 45 mins for our order because they were prioritizing the drive through orders over the people who ordered for pick up. wouldn’t recommend it. give you trash food that isn’t even cooked."

"Crunch wrap supreme was prepared horribly. Can barely eat it without it falling apart . Also had to show proof after already giving info at the drive thru speaker . Manger had a nasty attitude as if I was lying about my order I had to literally show my phone for her to see that I ordered a mobile order . Do better Taco Bell"

"Never had a problem with this taco bell. Until one day Im eating a a spicy potato soft taco and find a rock in it. I call them letting them know and they hang up on me. I’m genuinely just disappointed."

"So glad I tasted soda before leaving tasted like water. Got home cheese roll ups had a pinch of cheese in each. Cheese in cup couldn’t be more then 1 tablespoon and chips had a strange smell only eat one. And quesadilla had no filling and not cut. It was not busy when I was there if I’m gonna pay that much it should be as good as it can get."
