"The customer service is atrocious. I did an online order for shrimp and crawfish, and an order of shrimp.. both in creole seasoning. Took the order visiting friends. Opened the bag and both orders were wrong. Completely wrong food and in garlic seasoning. I called the store figured no problem. Ill do a refund for now looking like a fool with the wrong food and driving 40 minutes away with it. I instead was told no refund unless you bring back the food tomorrow to us. Like really? I didnt screw it up, you did. And its a shame because the food here is good and i would have been more than willing to put a 5 star review over and over again. Their creole seasoning is excellent. But wow you cant get a simple order correct and then demand i bring it back in the bag to get a refund? What a shame"

"I came in tonight with my family; we were so excited to try this place but the service was poor. My family never had a seafood boil and me being from SC & use to it explained the menu without the server that part was fine. It was the fact that I had to constantly get up and get things myself or as anybody around to get our server. We needed separate checks and every time we tried to tell him who was together he’d just keep walking off. He made sure to add gratuity he didn’t earn. The food was great but the service was absolutely horrible and won’t change until a manager addresses this individual."

"Got the combo-shrimp, lobster, and crab, which came in a bag with potatoes and corn (a very meaty way to eat). The crab and shrimp were very tough, with little flavor. The lobster was excellent. When we could finally get the server’s attention, agree apologized and brought out fresh crab and shrimp, which was much better. I am convinced that the first crab and shrimp had been reheated, then served with fresh lobster. The server was unique she, at first, had us speculating whether she was high. Distracted and abrupt, but considerate when we had her attention. We noticed her washing the floor and, despite few customers, very busy working with other personnel. I became convinced that she was not high, just busy and distracted. The result was poor service."

"I've passed this location so many times and finally sat down to eat. Large indoor dining room with bar. The opposite side of the bar faces outside with a adequate outdoor eating area as well. I was planning to eat po boy but that was only available during lunch. I opted for fried shrimp with cajun fries. My table ordered a seafood boil that consisted of shrimp, clams, mussels, corn and potatoes. Doused in seasoning made this feast delectable. An order of hush puppies capped a awesome meal. 9.2/10"

"Servers care about phones more than customers, for sure. But overall cool atmosphere...not for a sit down dinner or anything. Happy hour apps is about the best bet. Tried to play touch tunes ... selected and paid for songs and they had it turned off. Had to have it turned on. Then after a couple songs they turned it off again. Just weird."
