"First let me say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to Lisa. I walked in && yes walked in, from across the highway after my dermatologist appointment when I realized that my car was not going to start. I spoke with Lisa telling her that my car would start and that the engine and battery light would flicker && then the car would turn off. She agreed to walk across the highway with me bringing some tool she plugged into my battery which told her that my battery was completely dead. We walked BACK across the street for her to check if the battery I needed was in stock. I didn't know my VIN she told me where I could find it and waited patiently as I did so. She then told me that NAPA doesn't work on cars, only sells parts to do so. After ringing me up for the battery she walked it BACK across the highway to my car and began the to do something which I am FOREVER GRATEFUL for, she changed my battery! While doing so she also gave me a very short class on a few things under the hood of my car. She showed me where the alternator, oil dipstick, oil, and air-vent departments were. She told me to have my alternator checked out because there could've contributed to my battery dying. She also told me to get an oil change every 4000 miles and to flush my antifreeze flushed every year along with getting my car detailed yearly. (Don't quote me I may have mixed her words) Not only did I learn a lot I was taken care of with the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! So glad to have broken down across form NAPA where Lisa just so happened to be. I am very appreciative! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU again Lisa!!"

"Manager Lee not helpful at all in fact he was doing everything possible to hinder another employee from helping me on a part that I had ordered 2 weeks prior and paid for upfront no phone call.the manager then got rude with me about not getting a recite I told him I was told they would call he started running game from employee to employee say that I didn't order it all the while the one good employee continued to help me. When I asked his name he said Lee and for me to call corporate about him really sad just go to advance Auto or auto zone what a loser"
