"Service was quick, employees were friendly, but food was cold. Cheese on cheeseburger was just a cold piece of cheese on top of a cold beef patty on a cold bun, and cold French fries."

"This is one of the worst fast food locations I’ve ever been too. I come here often and every single time I go the staff is rude. Cant even say have a good day or even a simple hello. Too much attitude. They also mess up my order constantly when I tell them 2 different times how to make it (it’s only to remove 2 toppings by the way).they even repeat the order and still can’t get it right. I can’t come here anymore if they’re gonna be rude and constantly get my order wrong. I would rather drive to Route 18 to a different location. I hope the other locations are nicer than this staff. I get it’s a fast food place but that doesn't mean you can just disrespect people because you hate your jobs."

"This place is constantly on the come down. They have a young lady manager that just cannot multitask and there is constantly a long wait not because they are busy just because they are all so young and nobody cares to try and move at a faster pace I actually see them moving super slow and they care less that people have been waiting. Constantly short staffed. And the orders are constantly wrong I have been in there 4 times recently and experienced the same mayhem of nobody moving more then slow motion and a huge line waiting for food a huge line with mistakes from food they already got and a n huge line to order. This place is a mess, and you can tell it comes directly from their management or lack n of management that they have. That young lady needed to be trained of multitasking and move with psssion. If I could give zero star."

"I stopped there and ordered an asiago classic chicken sandwich without tomatoe & light on the ranch sauce. I had to repeat it three times before I think he got it. I drive up to the window & said I hope you don't mind but i'm going to check the sandwich. I open it up and all it consist of is the bun, chicken, cheese and a poor excuse for bacon. I hand it back to him and tell him. It's not right, there's no lettuce, and there's no sauce. He takes it back, walks to the food prep area comes back and hands my a sandwich. I opened it up to check it, it's the same sandwich, there's no lettuce or ranch dressing on the bun. I hand it back, he takes it again cones back hands me a sandwich, it's the same sandwich and I hand it back. Next the food prep person comes out asks me what I want. I tell them I want everything on the sandwich except lite ranch sauce & no tomatoes. So they say, oh, you want it plain? No I want everything on it with light ranch sauce and no tomatoe. They walks back they give me another sandwich same sandwich! I tell him it's still wrong. I do want lettuce & light ranch sauce on it! Just no tomatoe! He goes back to the food prepare area, comes walking back to me and hands me the same damn sandwich!. There's no lettuce on it and there's no ranch dressing on the bun. At this point I throw it in the window. I ask for the manager and I'm told there's no manager there. So I tell him I just want him money back and give him back the rest of the stuff I had."
