"Customer service and staff attitude was so bad that I never actually got to the food. It was my first time there; I asked for a menu. Staff handed me one, without mentioning that the prices were (severely) out of date. When I inquired about the 50% price difference between my receipt and the menu, the server just said "sorry, old menu" and laughed. I asked why I was given an old menu; they said they didn't have new menus. They didn't have the new prices posted anywhere. They were unwilling to honor the prices in the menu they gave me, so we agreed to cancel my order. I had to ask for a refund, only to be told none of the staff on premises could process a refund; I had to wait for a manager. I had been standing at their counter for 15 minutes by that point, so I just left."
"First visit: 4 Second visit: 3.5 Third visit: 3 Fourth visit: 4 The trend is, if a customer gives recurring business, serve him the lowest common denominator of food quality as a reward for repeat business. What??? I hope they fix this trend. Do they care about a google review?? I guess not. Their usual clientele is probably not reading reviews to decide a dining location. For discerning readers, hope my experience helps. Btw, my taco had uncooked/undercooked rice in it. 4th visit: wow! Today it looks and tastes good! My nopal order was tasty too! Order was to spec."
"Authenticity is the key stone of the food here and we’re delighted with our selections. Place is really busy and the smell of the food makes me really hungry. Food was served quick and very tasty."
"I ordered take out yesterday. Churrasco. It was over cooked so far so good. Literally mid way through the meal I started with sharp pains in my stomach. Took a whole bunch of stomach medicine and enzymes. Woke up next day with diarrhea for hours. My friend had tacos and also felt sick and had diarrhea. So I know it's not just me."
