"This place used to be well run for awhile but came in here the other day after not eating here for awhile and everything that could go wrong went wrong. Fries were cold, place was out of ketchup, soda machines only had 1 flavor left and burgers were loaded with too much mustard and mayo leaking everywhere. The only good news was the meat was cooked"
"The worst 5 guys I've ever been to. Only reason I don't give 1 or 2 stars is because even though the food took so long, it was still good. There were only 2 young men working, clearly understaffed. Condiment stands were empty and their soda machine was basically out of everything but diet coke"
