"junk parts, 1200 in labor to install junk part. ordered a pull type clutch which is installed inside the bell housing. release bearing screams anytime you apply the clutch. called in and was told they are only the shipper and wants pics of the item failed..... wth how do you supply pics of a failed part that is inside of a housing? shop elsewhere it will save you money in the end."

"I think Truckid doesn't qcheck the quality of products that they sell on their website. I ordered a pair of headlight assemblies that were defective when I installed them. They sent me a new replacement pair and those were also defective. The manufacturer replied that I could fix the lights myself"

"Update: after writing this review, I was contacted by truckid and a new battery was sent without the need to return the faulty battery. Never buy a vehicle battery from this company. Even though the faulty battery has a 3 year replacement warranty and it arrived from truckid already faulty, they won’t send required paperwork to return it. For whatever reason they want me to send the bad battery from Nevada to Arkansas!! Yet they won’t send me the adequate paperwork to do so. And they won’t send the replacement until they receive the faulty battery! Leaving my vehicle inoperable for up to 2 weeks!! This company is a joke! Don’t use them."

"I install truck accessories for a living. Needed a side camera rvs for a job when one was defective. Went to truck ID said it would make it in 4 days. So I order it extend my hotel room and wait. A week later I need to head to next job site and have to leave that region. I call truck id and ask for my money to be returned seeing as the camera never shipped. Back and fourth I spoke with maybe 3 people. Ultimately for them to steal 200 dollars from me and ship the camera. It took so long before it made it I had completed my entire California work order of 400 trucks. I was back home in Texas before it even shipped. Still out 200 dollars. I will never recommend or us truck id again. If anything is wrong they just keep money and don’t honor garenteed shipping times. After this review I plan to contact bbb and district attorney. Companies like this should not exist."

"Ordered 3 gallons of coolant and was sent the wrong type. I get it, mistakes happen. In order to correct their mistake I need to wait until I receive a return shipping label, pack them back up, ship them back, and then, once they receive the return "We will process your replacement order." Seriously? Wait 2 more weeks because you messed up? Cancelled order. Plenty of other stores to purchase from."
