"Wouldn’t it be great to know that they don’t accept returns for anything purchased online -only exchange for store credit. Also, credit cannot be used for sale items or cannot be transferred and expires in a year…all reasons why I would never shop at this store again. All written on the reciept once your item is shipped and it’s too late. Dealing with them is impossible…owner is rude and sales associates are always too busy to assist."

"I purchased a dress on Monday 10/3 Your store was closed 10/4-5 for yom kippur I returned dress 10/6 . Olga gave me a credit for the dress even though there was no chance she cold of sold dress because the store was closed. I asked her if the person checking out can use my credit and she adamantly said no! This is your credit for you to use only! Thats absurd! I can gift a store credit to anyone i wish. Thats insane! The staff in this store are rude and obnoxious and very pressuring. I don't recommend this store!! They make up their own rules . I felt degraded in the store. Horrible!"
