"I walked in not knowing what goodies I wanted- but friendly and helpful staff made excellent recommendations and I left extremely satisfied. Fyi, the chocolate crumb horn cake is DELICIOUS and the brownies will melt in your mouth..! Honestly, I'd give it more than five stars, if I could. Their location is pretty out of the way for me- but I'll *definitely* be coming back."

"1. Had two orders . One they forgot to deliver it, you think they would refund the delivery fee. 2. Ran late on delivery time . Cupcakes were supposed to be in a number pattern. It looked like they threw it on the tray. At my own child’s party I had to sit there and re co figure it all. And to top it off had to pull a very long multiple strand of hair out of the center of a cupcake that a family member had to pull out (family member is bald) so it was not there’s. I will not be going back"

"I really want to give this place one star because I went there for donuts and cookies and I've eaten so much of them because they're so addicting. The cookies are phenomenal and the donut was really enjoyable as well. Tons to choose from. And it took a lot to walk away with just cookies and a donut."

"I AM GIVING 1 STAR JUST TO BE ABLE TO LEAVE MY VERY HONEST REVIEW....SEE PICTURES BELOW. Today, I bought two sandwiches for myself and my coworker, for lunch. I cannot express how truly disgusted I am at the quality and quantity of the food that was sold to me. I bought a prosciutto ,fresh mozzarella and arugula hero with oil and vinegar, and the bella baci special, roasted peppers,arugula, aioli, chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella and french fries. The prosciutto hero had LITERALLY 3 pieces on it. The bella special hero had a piece of chicken cutlet that looked like it had been cooked a few times and tasted rotten. The French fries were old tasting,hard and cold. The first 2 pics are chicken cutlets, no sauce, just because you won't know what it is. How do you serve such garbage and charge prices for quality food. I think they served me food from the dumpster. SO 0 STARS OUT OF 5 FIVE. DON'T GO!!!!"

"This place is like going back to my childhood days in Brooklyn. They made me the most spectacular Strawberry shortcake for my birthday in January. Highly recommend. They have beautiful cakes, pastries, bread, rolls. The service is so personable."
