All malfunctioning due to the poor installation. Called many times to the store and was told they would send someone to fix them but nothing happen. Every time I called they always told me someone would come to fix it or their boss was not there. Eventually, I spent another $1100 out of pocket to hire a professional to fix the problems myself. DO NOT purchase any AC unit from them."

If you tell me at the beginning that you don't ship, don't lie to someone else. I have to walk around in such a hot weather! A shop without integrity, the clerk's attitude is not good! I work near this store, so I called and asked if they had delivery service, and they told me the address. The staff said they would be given away, but 15 minutes later they walked over to take a look at one and asked us to take it back ourselves. He said no, they were too busy. If you tell me at the beginning that I won't deliver, don't trick others into coming here. I still have to walk around in such hot weather!
