"Jenna is a rude manager. She implied we wrote a marked down on a price tag and refused to honor a sale properly. Talbots seriously needs to get their act together with their managers. I’ll be reaching out to corporate about my experience. Thanks for outright insulting and implying I did something dishonest, Jenna. EDIT: I’ve already shared my experience with corporate that Jenna would imply that I don’t have integrity. Have fun speaking with corporate on behalf of your behavior, Jenna!"

"Disappointed. Today Wednesday February 12, 2020. I bought 6 items and I was charged for 7 items. After I went home I realize of the mistake the cashier did. I went back to the store, wasting my time, gas and putting more miles on my car, since I live in another town, and I asked to talk to the manager, after I explain to her of the mistake the cashier did, she states that it was a mistake made by the scanner. ?????. People be aware!!!! Be sure of counting your items before you leave this store. No apologizes. NOTHING!!!!!!"
