Dunkin'

"I made a review 7 months ago so I'm reviewing again. The same lady employee as last time I was there doesn't know her job. She has crossed eyes. Anyway, I have the D&D app and I wanted to redeem my QR coupon "Coffee and cold brew" reward. It states that I can redeem it for "A small, medium or large, hot or iced coffee or cold brew" So I showed the lady employee my app with the reward visible, and she asked with sarcastic humor, "What is this?" to which I explained to her what it was and that I wished to redeem it for my hot coffee. She then laughed at me saying, "You always come here taking these things". What was she trying to imply? I'm not a thief. I was raised properly by responsible, good parents. Furthermore, I rarely go to that Dunkin Donuts in particular; nor do I really redeem any rewards. So to continue, I told her that the reward says that I can redeem it for a hot or iced coffee or cold brew, and that I'd like to have the hot coffee. She then told me that I can't redeem it for a hot coffee and that it's only for cold brew. I then asked her to read the coupon and she laughed at me again and said "Ok. How would you like the cold brew?" I said that I didn't want a cold brew, and that the coupon gives choices for hot OR iced coffee OR cold brew. And she said again, that it's not for Hot coffee. I walked out. This is terrible service and the employee needs to be taught how to do her job. I'll never go to this particular store again."

"I ordered on Uber eats and they didn't give me a straw for my frozen coffee.. they are monsters.. how am I supposed to drink my coffee now? How could someone be so evil."

"Awful awful service! I asked for two drinks and the women or manger only put down one. Began to yell at me when I told her I asked for two. I reordered my BLACK tea, in which while she makes it asks me three times whether I want black or green. I’ve told her BLACK three times already. She said medium black tea ready, I get so annoyed I take my tea and leave this awful terrible disgusting establishment, and of course she gave me the wrong tea!"

"This place doesn't offer dine in now. This dunkin sits in perfect busy place with all dunkin specials. Around 15 parking spots are available, all are limited to 20 mins. Owner and other people are very friendly."
