"The drive thru is very fast and I didn't have to wait but the food was cold what I ordered. I was traveling to elizabeth I was on line and I paid with my debit card I was surprised that the food was cold."
"I ordered an iced latte with almond milk and I was given an iced latte with regular milk and I saw the manager just add a bit of almond milk on top. So I asked if it was made with almond milk and she said “yes.” Mind you I’m lactose intolerant and they charge $1.19 extra for almond milk so it’s not fair to include mostly regular milk and a drop of almond milk. To make matters worse she was the manager so she obviously doesn’t care what customers are paying and will cut corners to deliver food. It wasn’t that busy when I got there so I’m not even sure what her reasoning was but she’s either cheap or lazy or both. Won’t be ordering from here anymore. Why are you charging customers $1.19 extra to give them the conventional cheaper milk? This happened to me more than once, super disappointed. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all."
"I purchased a hot coffee today around lunch time. I work 5 minutes away by the time I got to work and tasted the coffee it was cold, not even warm! When I called at 1:45 to make a complaint a gentleman picked up the phone, act as if he was hearing me out and hung up on me mid conversation. I do not recommend this location!!!"
"I went in to order and the Indian girl sitting there digging up her nose. Turning her face at kids. Absolutely not. The atmosphere is an absolute no! The new “management” need to be fire!"
"There’s many things I can say, management is RUDE and RACIST. It’s sad. Elizabeth it’s a big community of different cultures and majority being minorities, been coming here for years, walk-in and drive through the last couple weeks nasty attitude from management not welcoming at all. I will take my morning walks to this location not no more. It’s sad Elizabeth it’s a great community different walks of earth and to see this RACIST attitude from management from this establishment is sad. Hopefully Dunkin Corporate and Customer service can look into this matter."
