I placed the order through Grubhud 2 items, I attached the photo that clearly says 1 of 2 items, but I only received 1 smoothie and not a wrap. When I called the store to ask what happened and ask for a refund of $8.99 I was told to called Grubhud customer service which I did. If they're rushing to close just pay attention that your delivery orders are complete. This place just lost a customer."
"Walked into the store at 8:15 Friday night (7001 amboy road). No one up front at the register taking orders. Rang the bells at the front door a few times for help… no one came up. Employees were too busy in the back laughing and having fun. Waited for 5 minutes and left. Very unprofessional location. Not the first time this has happened here. Should probably have someone up front or you’ll continue to lose $$"
"Fast service and smoothies taste great. I got stuck in traffic and one of the employees had put my smoothie in the freezer so it did not melt, which was super considerate. Also, was wearing a mask. Restaurant is clean."
