"The shop is nice, and the garments are very well curated. Sadly, this doesn’t seem to be an LGBT-friendly space, and I was lectured and discouraged from giving them my business because the outfits are not intended for men. The woman “helping” me was very sweet, but she made sure to remind me about 10 times that the clothes are for girls and that I won’t be able to wear it. The other woman with blonde hair was watching me like a hawk as if I was going to rob them, and continuously reiterated the prices implying that I wouldn’t be able to afford it. I asked information about the brands I was purchasing, and they said they had no idea. I had a number of garments in my hand, but I was not allowed to try anything on because I am not a woman. They don’t have gender friendly dressing rooms available. I literally had a stack of clothes I was ready to buy, but I ended up leaving them since I couldn’t try them on. From the minute I walked in the two women working in there made it very clear that they were waiting desperately for me to leave… all-around extremely unwelcoming and uninterested, Felt very unsafe. I don’t understand why someone would argue with someone trying to give them money… each time I picked up a garment they argued with me that I shouldn’t buy it with strong homophobic undertones. I still bought a garment because I liked it but I almost regret it. I’ll never come back"
