"I’ll start by saying I love Chios. I went to the Shrewsbery store last Friday the 24th. I got there with in the first half hour of opening. First there were three people working. Two were chatting and one straightening up a display. I walked the entire store looking at the clothes. Not one person said hello, or any other gesture. No other customers at the time. I finally left the store and will never return. This was not the first time this happened but my first complaint. I have shopped with Chico’s almost exclusively for the past 10 years or so. My future purchases will be online or the freehold store. FYI"
