"Dirty tables. Counter garbage overflowing and counter needed wiping from many spills. It was 2 pm and not a busy time. Someone could have been doing shop upkeep. There were 2 people on duty at the counter, one was pleasant and helpful, one was abrupt, when I asked about the after 2pm coffee deals ( I quickly passed a sign on the door)."
