I wholeheartedly recommend it for a consistently enjoyable boba tea experience. P.S they were so quick to help recover my stolen iPhone, which was left at the counter. Through the surveillance video we were able to identify the thief and recover the iPhone with the help of the mall security. Applause to the dedicated mall staff and these amazing employees with special emphasis on Farida. Thank you again :)"

"Gongcha is known for a great bubble tea. However, this particular location lacks quality of service, their product is consistent, which is great. However that's all. Don't expect an amazing service or helpful staff, just a consistent product with a quick service, if you have questions or need recommendations, depending on who you get either you will be assisted or not."

"Not my first time at Gongcha locations but my first and last time at this specific one. Service and hospitality from the staff was amazing but thats all I have to say that's great. Drinks were mediocre at best. Ordered a taro-strawberry milk tea with white and black tapioca and it tasted awful and my white pearls were missing. Also ordered a brown sugar milk tea that just tasted like straight milk. Don't even get me started how expensive this location is compared to the rest... NYC has cheaper prices."
