"I have shopped at foxes for years n drop a descent amount of money there. Today I wanted to take back a top that didn't fit properly. They have a 30 day policy. It's 2 days past the 30 days. Not able to return or even get a store credit. THATS HOW THEY TREAT A STEADY CUSTOMER. YOU LOST A STEADY CUSTOMER OVER JUST 2 DAYS. I work long hours. Thans lot... NOT NICE AT AT ALL!!!!!"

"I have been a shopper at this location for almost 20 years, since I was a teenager and came to shop here with family. If 5 years ago this store had interesting finds, European and domestic designer pieces, now the store is pretty bare in my opinion. Selection aside, this particular location has HORRIBLE staff and management; the staff is rude, inconsiderate, unapologetic and doesn't try to make ammends for their own mistakes. I've heard them talk poorly and throw shade at their customers and emberrase a woman in the fitting room saying she was too large to try on a top. If you've been to this store, you know the fitting rooms aren't private and you are in front of many people trying on clothes. Many of my shopping experiences turned out unpleasant here. Today, I had my store credit revoked for no reason; the credit was for a mistake they made at checkout on a past purchase. Not a big deal, but thinking back to all my experiences here over the years, I thought I had to post a review and share with potential customers. If I could give 0 stars for the customer service and their "better than thou" attitude, I would, truly. 1 star for the selection they once had."

"Fox's of Marlboro is a quaint little store filled with unique clothes and accessories for women. A friend of mine told me about this jewel and said you can't leave the store without getting a thing or two. Or three. And she was right. So many pretty choices. And there's a continuous flow of new items coming in almost daily. If you find something you love snatch it up, because it might be gone the next time you're back. The staff is super helpful and friendly and the prices are reasonable."
