Chick-fil-A

"Of the 3 Chick-fil-A's I've visited so far, this one has to be the worst. The Ohio branch was the freshest. The chicken here is flat & soggy. The dispatcher didn't know what she was doing & let me wait a good 15 mins while my sandwich sat on the enclosed shelf. She took my order at the counter so it's not like she didn't know what I ordered. Was craving Chick-fil-A & mistakenly came here, but I'll definitely skip this branch."

"While Chicfila is known for quality food and service, I hate that when you order online they wait until you arrive to start your order. The purpose of ordering ahead is to be able to grab your food and go. Also, some of the drive through attendants can be abrasive. Not what I expect from Chicfila. Other than the the food is good and keeps me coming back for more."

"Food was good, the server was also nice. BUT there’s this african american worker that constantly comes up and asks if everything is okay every 2 minutes. It’s very annoying and was a bad experience, this has happened twice already. They’ve never done this before. If i had a problem i would’ve went to one of the employees, i don’t need someone constantly watching me and questioning me. If this continues i won’t be returning."

"How hard is it to put a small list of items in a bag? Every single time that I order delivery from this location they forget atleast 1 item. Easiest job in the country and you all find it so difficult. Pathetic!"

"The quality of service at the Linden restaurant has dramatically been lowered. The new employees appe appear untrained and confused as opposed to the previous employees who were on point. Customers who go to drive thru are asked to pull up ir park in parking lot and wait for food."
