"Honestly, a lot of the people complaining just don’t understand what the store is about. I’ve sold here many times and have never had a bad experience. You may not always get the amount you’re looking for and they may not always take everything but that is because unlike goodwill they are FOR PROFIT! If something isn’t going to sell for them they don’t take it, because why are they going to pay for something they cant sell. Same with the amounts offered, they explained that everything is a percentage, how could they give you 100 dollars for shoes and then sell them for 100, THEY WOULDN'T MAKE ANY MONEY. At the end of the day it is a great way to avoid the hassle of dealing with people selling it yourself and is certainly quicker. Many people just don't understand that just as much as people who sell want to make money so does the store."

"DO NOT SELL YOUR CLOTHES WITH THIS COMPANY. My clothes are brand new with tags and they didn't even buy. Had over 30 pieces. They bought 2 for 3.60 DOES NOT COVER THE GAS going and coming back. They broke my bag. Brand new bag. PLEASE TRY TO SELL YOUR CLOTHES YOURSELF ON FB MARKETPLACE PLACE. Help each other buy and sell. You DO NOT need a middle man."

"Went one day and was treated very well got the amount of money I was hoping for back for 4 pairs or shoes, sales person was very nice and welcoming. Due to me be extremely happy i decided to go back home and clean out my closet because I’m a single mom and could use the extra money but I didn’t have the same experience as the first visit. Upon receiving a text I returned to the store to learn that none of the 2 bags of cloths was acceptable. What I strike a weird was as soon as I entered the store one of sales people gave me a look that didn’t sit right with me and I felt very uncomfortable. Another salesperson acted as if she didn’t know who I was as if I didn’t just see her a short time and before getting the clothes she began to explaining why they took all but 3 tanks for $3. The cloths was very nice some unused dude to me gaining weight and not being able to fit the majority of my cloths. The sad part was that once I dropped the cloths off I had a feeling the salesperson wasn’t going to accept them because they are nice some with tags still on them, I guess my assumption was right and the reason for my assumption I will assume is right as well. I hope they do better and don’t judge. But I will NEVER visits this establishment again."
