"Parking lot always have cones in the spaces so you have to use drive thru. Items ordered in drive thru are never correct. Coffee ordered tasted burned."

"My experience with this Dunkin Donuts was subpar. I ordered a medium Iced matcha latte; They definitely got the iced part down(see pic). The cup was more iced than the actual drink itself. if you ever frequent this establishment and you order anything "ICED". I'd make sure you ask for less Ice or half ice in order for you to get a decent amount of the drink that you actually ordered."
