"My friend wanted a dryer and prize showed 550 onlinr for store pickup and there it showed 850. Moroever the people are cluelss as they intially said they do not even have the driee later for us to find the drier while exploring the store. Were also told never to trust customer service because even though they call local store, another call center employee is answering the call and giving wrong information. Manalpan location is the worse"
"One of the worst experiences. The employees are rude and don’t want to work, they have monitors on Display that you cannot order online or even buy it in store because they don’t have it, but they have no problem trying to sell you the model up or that screen. What I’m trying to say is this place is becoming a scam center. The people are rude, they have a queue that doesn’t work because you will be told 10 minutes then be walking for 2hrs waiting for help. If you have anything with Best Buy I would cancel it and see if you have an electronic store near you. They will most likely be more respectful of you and your time. Management there isn’t even a thing, they have 16 year old employees having attitudes with customers."
"Took a day off for a repair appointment. Geek squad agent Brian Batist ( not sure about the last name, that what it sounds like on his voicemail message ) was assigned to the service call. Brian and I spoke on the phone regarding my service call. After a few minutes Brian promised to call me back. Neither I received a call from Brian nor he showed up for his appointment. I wasted a day. Calling Best Buy did was not productive, they recommended me to drive to the store, lol. After I arrived to store I was told that incorrect appointment was scheduled, but wait for this, I need to call and schedule an appointment I can't do it in the store. What a joke. Best Buy is quick to charge 8k for a home theater system, then upsell you the total care protection plan. However, when it's time to get anything fixed, expect a few weeks of wasted time. If you getting anything more expensive then a few thousand dollars, please find yourself a reputable company not Best Buy"
"I recently purchased a large TV and wall attachment to mount the TV. The individual who helped me over the phone with the purchase was patient, courteous and very helpful, making this purchase very easy. The individuals from the geek squad who installed the TV mount and the TV were very professional, courteous and extremely helpful and walked me through the set up of the TV. The suggestions made with regard to the set up was much appreciated. They did a great job of cleaning up after the work had been completed. I could not have been more satisfied with how the work with done. We subsequently purchased a computer from Best Buy. Bill from the geek squad handled the entire installation, including the loading of our software. He was amazing! He explained everything to my satisfaction, and made sure everything was running perfectly, such as the peripheral equipment – my printer, DVD drive and second monitor."
"Seemed like a decent Best Buy. Clean, well stocked, and well organized. Relatively attentive employees who were quick to assist customers. However, I drove over 30 minutes to this particular Best Buy because online, it told me that it was the only one with a demo display model of a camera that I was interested in purchasing. Any logical person making an sizable electronics purchase wants to be able to at least test the camera in person. The model was there in plain sight but locked behind the glass. I asked an associate for help and he was prompt to ask to see if he could assist me. But according to him, his manager or store policy indicated that I wasn't "allowed to handle the display demo model for fear of damaging it." Keep in mind, this wasn't a very expensive camera. $700 was the retail price and they had $1000+ cameras on display that were not in the glass and just connected to a security lanyard for anyone to come and play with. So I'm a little confused as to why I wasn't allowed to use what the demo model was meant for. Anyway, I guess I'll just buy the camera on Amazon."
