"They only received one star because I couldn’t give them zero! Myself as well as other customers waited for over 20 minutes just for someone to come to the counter! Myself and another woman asked for assistance numerous time but they seemed to only speak to those speaking Spanish. When I raised my voice, what do you know??? Now they suddenly speak English and was able to assist. Word to the wise….travel to another location. It’s worth the drive than to deal with the ignorance here."

"we ordered one bean burrito and they changed it to beef, so the person who ordered it (vegetarian) couldn’t even eat it. we also order a chicken quesadilla which did not even come. additional to the quesadilla we were not given a taco that we ordered and was on the receipt. when we called to tell them about it they brushed it off and were extremely uncooperative. they said they wouldn’t do anything and it was our issue to deal with. and we spent $90 and we lost nearly $15 they refused to compensate for it fully. Not to mention when we opened our nachos there was hair in it we are not AT ALL. satisfied with the food and service. they were extremely uncooperative."

"I was at this restaurant at 9:30 PM and the place was dirty. I know it’s the end of the shift, but still if they expect people to walk into the dining area and eat they should have it clean."

"Great if you're going through drive-through you'll be served first if you go through inside you will be waiting for a very long time also very hard to get anybody's attention to take your order because they are so focused on drive-thru only"
