"Absolutely the worst Advance auto parts store I have ever been to. They are always the slowest and unhelpful compared to other locations. Was in there today returning something 5/26, and the woman that helped me had a YUGE attitude. Seriously nothing but attitude. The guy next to her had to step in. I can understand she may be new but the attitude is inexcusable. I will no longer go to this location. It's not worth the hassle. The store in Hazlet is a million times better with zero attitude."
"The staff acknowledges when a customer walks in. The staff is very knowledgeable otherwise, customers would be sold the incorrect product. Auto stores are vital to ensure we have good experiences with our vehicles and are able to maintain them. What would we do without them? Lord knows we'd be charged an arm and a leg if we had to buy even simple parts from a car dealership. I have never had an unpleasant experience in this store."
