"Worst experience ever. I gave the manager my code and he said it was invalid, so when I pulled it back up it said it was used and I have to wait 15 mins he said I don't know what your phone did or if you used it, I've been in this drive thru line what do you mean and he continued to argue with me instead of fixing the situation never seen a manager act like that ever won't be going there ever again, rude disgusting person I ever encountered..!!!!!"

"On 1/9/24 (early morning), I ordered iced coffee on McDonald's app and got response late. When I called, an employee informed me that there were problems with their system because none of the orders were reaching the 3rd Street store since the night before and they were working getting things fixed. I appreciated the honesty of what was going on and I plan on ordering from that store once their online system is fixed."

"I'm done with this McDonald's and all of them frankly. Workers are the rudest I've encountered. Their manager dismissive. All she cared about was me holding up her beloved drive thru. You treat me with utter disrespect and you want me to park myself to wait for food that no doubt you will spit in. Hell to the no."
