"The drive thru lady is good but overall the manager at the store needs to update their hardware/software. Whenever I order through the app with specifications they mess it up. Every single time. I have to assume their software doesn't show them the customizations. This is in regard to food and drinks. I don't have this issue at other locations. This is the closest location to me so it'd be nice to not have this issue but instead I end up driving further to other locations that get the orders right and have lower prices. Also I have a pending charge(where I used a coupon) that's messed up my debit card for 24hrs now and that's what prompted me to finally make this review."

"On 12/19/23 @ 5:00pm, receipt#3236, purchased a $5 baggie because the Wendy’s coupon forces one to in order to get the Kid’s Mel for $1.99. Gave the young lady the coupon & she charged me $4.89. Fries were cold but I got a new one.Got home checked the receipt, called 4X but no one answered the phone!!!"

"This place is a dump to say the lease. The customer service sucks, and as of late any lemonade that you order will come with a cup full of ice and be very watery. I address this with the cashier before taking my order that the first lemonades look very light in color. She poured them out, then dispensed me to strawberry, which also is nothing but a cup of ice water with a slight pink hue .. They have the nerve to have attitudes I will never return to this dump. Let’s not even mention that the quality of the food is garbage I just paid $30 for two medium combo meals since one has Wendy’s costed $30.??!!!!"

"The restaurant eat-in was totally spotless. The service was prompt and executed to perfection. There was no issue with my order which is rare. I was greeted with a smile as well as the individual working the till was very gracious with my little ones as they ordered there meals. Overall a great experience and the kids love going to this particular location."
