"The app allowed me to add strawberry to my lemonade for an additional charge, however when I arrived I was simply told that they don't do that. I had to ask for a manager who was annoyed and abruptly said we don't do that. I explained the option was on the app and I was charged for it. With an attitude Martha said I will give you your money back. I had to wait approximately 5 minutes for a manager and was agitated as the employees completely ignored my request for supervision initially."
