"Waited close to 34 minutes for 2 burgers and 2 kids meals .. while 4 people stood and watched a fryer .. and one other person stood and told us to be patient.. obviously fast food isn't always known for thier endearing service but normally it's quick .. this was ridiculous and not even a simple apology was given"

"This location is very clean and the lines move quickly. The staff seems to always be in a good mood as well. I’ve never had any issues coming here whether it was walking in or going through the drive-thru. Outside is well kept as well. Good location to come to if you’re in the mood for Wendy’s. "The condition in which my pick up order was given just because I used a coupon to get a discount. Was also given a wrong person's order in spite of telling them that it's not my name in the receipt and that led to the rude woman in there tear the receipt out and tell me 'now there's no name so this is your order. It was not my order and I had to again point that out yet the woman wouldn't listen...all this just because my name sounded similar to the other person's who ordered and we both had the exact same order. I don't know what I can call that but i can suggest you don't go to this Wendy's..especially if you're a person of color because you might be subject to the same behavior"
