Reviews
"Peruvian cuisine is renowned worldwide, and as Peruvians, we tend to be discerning when trying new Peruvian restaurants. We expect nothing less than an exceptional experience. Inka's Flame truly impressed me! We ordered Leche de Tigre, Choros a la Chalaca, and Anticuchos. Both the Leche de Tigre and Choros a la Chalaca hit the mark perfectly, with just the right balance of spiciness and citrusy flavors. Even as I write this review, my mouth waters at the thought of them. The Anticuchos, a true delicacy, were marinated to perfection with the Peruvian gem, Aji Panca. The first bite transported me back to the streets of Lima, where you can find the best Anticuchos. I have to say, this came incredibly close! What's more, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. I’ve heard that Lomo Saltado is one of their best dishes, so I'm definitely returning to try it. This is a BYOB so bring your preferred drink and enjoy a peruvian experience!!"
"This is a new restaurant in Middlesex. The owners are excellent people and very customer centric. Food is great and plentiful. They introduced me to a purple corn drink and chaufa with eggs. Amazing authentic taste"
"This place is very clean, and friendly staff. The prices for the food are reasonable. The patasca soup was delish. The churrasco a la parrilla had good seasoning and was accompanied with a small salad. The Jalea was ok, it need to be a bit more crispy. My only pet peeve was that they didn't have the green sauce or any kind of spicy sauce to go with the churrasco. The only sauce I got with my order was the rocoto red sauce. I order a take out. There is parking available."
