Little Caesars Pizza

"Just your basic fast food... Did the fast portal oprtion, but still wasnt ready at the time promised. Under staffing was a major issue. No customer service. Just tossed pizza in the box and sent on my way."

"Ordered an extramostbest pepperoni and extramostbest cheese pizza and was given regular pizzas. No extra pepperoni and cheese. Pizza had no sauce. You could literally see bread from lack of cheese and sauce. Unacceptable!!! Had amazing experiences at other Little Ceasers! Called and explained and manager accused me of wanting extra and was told that extramost best doesn’t come with extra cheese. Ridiculous! Never again? I asked for my money back and was told that they would have to take out for the piece that I bit off of. Pizza was very dry and management acts like they don’t have to respect your issues or money! Take a look at the attached picture, it’s not hard to see."

"How is it that I ordered twice on two separate occasions I ask how long will it take? They tell me about 15 minutes. I give them about 30 minutes and when I arrive they literally just start to do my order. I just left both times went to Domino’s"

"Do yourself a favor and go to the North Brunswick location. I've gone to this location in the past and it was fine. But I guess it came under new management or something because it completely sucks now. I placed an online order and waited 40 minutes in my car. The order tracking was never updated despite being ready, so by the time I decided to enter and see what the delay was about my pizza had been waiting for ages. I'm not sure if it's because of the wait time, but the pizza tasted terrible. Dry crust, greasy cheese, almost no sauce. It's by far the worst Little Ceasars pizza I've ever eaten. I honestly felt like I'd wasted my money. Additionally, the atmosphere of the store was terrible. Dirty floors, doors haphazardly propped open, rowdy customers that made me highly uncomfortable, nonexistent customer service. I ordered a drink with my order and physically witnessed the clerk take it out of the fridge and leave it out for about 10 minutes before giving it to me. Not only that, I wasn't even addressed when I walked in and had to wait while Doordash drivers walked in and picked up orders. There was actually an over section for online orders (which I've used in the past at this location) where you put in a code and pick up your pizza, but for some reason all the orders were kept behind the counter. So you were forced to wait until the clerk finally came back to even get what you ordered an hour ago. I'm never going to this location ever again."
