"I’m so angry with this store. I’m a costumer almost 2 years of Hollister and I always buy here. But in this store of Menlo today Sunday at 12:30 the manager was so rude because I brought a new Jean to exchange because is not my size and she told me that can’t do anything because I lost my receipt and I have my member account and the Jean is new I just want other Jean that’s it. Take action and try to help costumers."

"Menlo park is good store. But online order service is very poor. We order 1 oct and I recive 13 oct. But 11 oct they say we return your order and refund your money in your card 5 to 7 business days. If they have not item available why they can charge. Call customers care no perfect response"

"The store was well maintained and stocked. We were greeted upon entry. We did not make a purchase but we do buy gift cards during the holiday season for family members to shop."

"It has been a while since I have personally walked into this store since I usually order on-line. The staff did not acknowledge our entrance. It was myself and my grandson. I am older but very tiny in stature. It has been a year since I have visited this store and if your not 20 years old wearing their clothes, I'm 50 wearing their xs clothes, you are treated differently. That is not a good way to run a business. The staff like to talk about personal things while tending to customers and play on their phones whenever they feel like it, ignoring their customers. My grandson is 14 and special needs and he never wants to return to the store because he didn't feel welcome or comfortable and he is very tall, slender and can also sport the clothing line with no problem. Sales prices are not as good as they use to be and there aren't ant really good deals. My wardrobe is all Hollister of which are last year's deals. Come on guys, your losing business with poor customer service and unreasonable clearance prices. If you were on undercover boss, you would get a big F. Time to step up pace."
