"Terrible customer service. Call the store and you get no answer or bounced back and forth between depts. Online help was no different and they couldn’t even get through to the store so they gave the pro desk number and ended the chat. The call was for a replacement appliance after they dropped off a defective one. It was confirmed by pro customer care and the store only to find out today nothing was set up."

"Never ever take the appliance extended warranty offered by Lowe’s. They use Assurant who in turn farms out to A&E Factory Service. Google this company - don’t take my word. One star reviews for the past year. Lowes needs to find a better company to deal with."

"Walked into the store and purchased this tool chest with debit and paid for a delivery. How on the delivery date they tell me it’s sold out after I was in store, had one in front of me and another in a box and I paid for it and they put it to the side for me. That’s disrespectful on a whole different level. Same tool chest going for 100 more. Looks like they sold mine to a higher bidder after I already paid them for this item. I paid for the delivery. Scheduled every thing and now they have no answers for me or any type of news I want to hear. Be careful where you shop at in this world."
